PURPOSE: A fastening unit for a ship or marine structure and a fixing structure for a grating panel having the same are provided to insert an elastic member into the fastening holes of two fastening members, thereby preventing the screw loosening of the fastening members using a frictional force between the fastening members. CONSTITUTION: A fastening unit for a ship or marine structure includes a bar-shaped upper fastening unit (20), a stud bolt (30), and an elastic block (40). A fastening hole (21) is longitudinally formed at the upper fastening unit. The bottom of the fastening hole is opened, and the top of the fastening is closed. A first spiral is formed at the inner circumferential surface of the fastening hole, and the top of the fastening hole is formed into a cone-shaped space. A second spiral is formed at the outer circumferential surface of the upper side of the stud bolt, and is spirally coupled to the first spiral. The stud bolt is fastened to the fastening hole from the bottom of the fastening hole.
