PURPOSE: A method for culturing mudfishes is provided to allow rice farming and mudfish farming using a paddy field. CONSTITUTION: A method for culturing mudfishes comprises: a rice planting step (S10) for planting rice on the land of a mudfish farm; a substitute feed scattering step (S20) for scattering substitute feed on the land; a fry releasing step (S30) for releasing mudfish fries to the mudfish farm; a raising step (S40) for raising mudfishes while maintaining water temperature and supplying substitute feed to the mudfish farm; and a fishing step (S50) for fishing the grown mudfishes.
