Molecular marker for cucumber mosaic virus resistance and detection method using the same

PURPOSE: A cucumber mosaic virus resistance molecular marker and a detection method using the same are provided to selecting resistant individuals without direction contact of virus to a plant. CONSTITUTION: A cucumber mosaic virus resistance molecular marker contains a nucleic acid having a base sequence of sequence number 1. The nucleic acid is selected from sequence numbers 2-4. A primer for detecting the molecular marker for amplifying a gene of sequence number 1 contains serial base sequence in the base sequence. A kit for detecting cucumber mosaic virus contains a primer, reaction buffer, dNTP, and DNA polymerase.
