The invention relates to the field of circuit construction of the radar image (RLS) in a part of electronic equipment design and can be used in the design of medium-range radar (40-50 km), designed to detect low flying targets against a background of terrain and clutter signals. This portable surveillance radar operates in the UHF band and has a block-modular structure. This design is realized on the basis of spaced apart and interconnected by cables radar module, the module slewing unit (OPU), the remote module with electronic equipment performing switching and control operating modes, processing, displaying information and data, as well as auxiliary power supply. The radar module comprising an antenna array (AR) and is rigidly associated with container transceiver apparatus is arranged on a horizontal supporting platform driven in rotation unit OPU. GTC module consists of a single body arranged in the actuator, combined with the current collector on the upper rotating part which is fastened detachably supporting said platform and a removable base (tripod) on which the housing is mounted OPU.
