FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: for the purpose of prediction of the effectiveness of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer patients, the radical surgery involves sampling a piece of malignant tissue 100-150 mg. Then 10% homogenate is prepared and analysed for the content of estrogen-2 metabolites - hydroxyestrone 2-OHE1 and 16α-hydroxyestrone 16α-OHE1.
