METHOD OF DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSTICS OF CAUSE OF DEATH FROM ALCOHOL CARDIOMYOPATHY AND DEATH INDUCED BY OTHER CAUSES

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: blood id sampled from femoral vein (FVb), cavity of right (RVb) and left (LVb) heart ventricles, liver fragments (L). Sample preparation of corpse tissues and blood is carried out. Intensity of chemiluminiscence of analysed (I) and control (I₀) samples is determined. Calculated are ratio I/I₀ for LVb, RVb, L, antioxidant activity of biological material - FVb and RVb, trolox mcmole. Obtained values of I/I₀ and AOA are given points in the following way: for death cause "ACMP": parameter I/I₀:RVb0.19 is given 3 points, L0.50 - 4 points, AOA parameter:FVb 900 is given 5 points, RVb2000 - 3 points, LVb 1300 - 4 points, in case of death cause "other causes": parameter I/I₀:RVb0.36 is given 4 points, L0.30 -5 points, parameter AOA:LVb 700 - 2 points. The cause, which has the highest sum of points, is death cause.;EFFECT: differential diagnostics of cause of death from alcohol cardiomyopathy and death induced by other causes.;2 tbl
