METHOD FOR COMBINATION THERAPY OF STAGE II AND III NON-SMALL CELL LUNG CANCER WITH PRE- AND POSTOPERATIVE CHEMOTHERAPY

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and aims at treating stage II and II non-small cell lung cancer with pre- and postoperative chemotherapy. There are involved 3 courses of the neoadjuvant chemotherapy. On the 1st and 8th days of the cycle, irinotecan 100 mg/m² is introduced intravenously for 2 hours. On the 2nd day, 20 hours after introduction of irinotecan, carboplatin dosed AUC of 6 is introduced intravenously drop-by-drop. The time span of the chemotherapeutic course makes 25 days.
