FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and medical equipment, particularly to ultraviolet and infrared phototherapeutic apparatuses. The apparatus comprises one or more actuating element consisting of a first emitter and a second IR emitter, an emitter actuation assembly as a part of first and second firing channels, and also an actuating element heat set assembly, a control unit and an apparatus actuation unit. The first emitter represents a gas-discharge mercury-filled lamp with a silica glass bulb attached in the centre of a lamp reflector made of oxide-coated aluminium. An inner surface of the bulb is coated with stabilisng ittrium oxide, while an outer surface is coated with titanium-silicone with a maximum UV-IR transmission of 280-315 nm and 1000 nm. Cesium salt is added to the dosed amount of mercury in the bulb. The second IR emitter is mounted additionally on the second lamp reflector which is arranged circumferentially in relation to the first lamp reflector with the first emitter and cooled by the heat set assembly between the lamp reflectors of the second and first emitters. A first firing electrode of the first emitter is connected through the first firing channel to a second active working electrode and through the IR emitter with a first input of the emitter actuation assembly. A second firing electrode of the first emitter is connected through the second firing channel to a first active working electrode and with a second input of the emitter actuation assembly. Outputs of the apparatus actuation unit are connected with inputs of the control unit. First and second inputs of the control unit are connected to the first and second inputs of the emitter actuation assembly respectively; third and fourth outputs of the control unit are connected to inputs of the heat set assembly respectively.;EFFECT: using the invention enables the stable and controlled therapeutic effect ensured by coupling the biologically active ultraviolet and infrared inputs.;2 cl, 2 dwg
