After hernia section and separation of cutaneous-adipose flaps cutaneous-adipose flaps are fixed to aponeurosis through endoprosthesis with uninterrupted multi-stitch, parallel, along wound length, sutures from absorbable suture material. Application of sutures is started inward from preparation boundary. After that, free ends of subcutaneous-adipose cellular tissue flaps are fixed to each other and to aponeurosis through mesh endoprosthesis with central uninterrupted blanket suture.
