FIELD: biotechnologies.;SUBSTANCE: plasmid genetic structure pSN-ZsGreen is produced, being built on the basis of a plasmid vector pIRES (Clontech), where fragments of cDNA of human genes SOX2 and NANOG are placed, being connected with a nucleotide sequence coding P2A-peptide and gene cDNA, coding fluorescent protein ZsGreen. Transcription of a single mRNA SOX2-P2A-NANOG-IRES-ZsGreen is carried out from constitutive promotor p CMV IE, providing for high level of mRNA lifelength.;EFFECT: availability of P2A and IRES sequences makes it possible to simultaneously translate proteins SOX2, NANOG and ZsGreen from one mRNA molecule.;3 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl
