The system has a clamping chuck (1) e.g. flat-conic collet chuck, provided with a cylindrical receiving hole, and a clamping sleeve (2) frictionally and form-fittingly connected with an inserted tool e.g. end milling cutter (3). The sleeve is inserted into the hole. A holding crown unit is screwed into the sleeve and engaged with the tool by inserting the tool into a recess e.g. annular groove, formed on a tool shaft. A stop screw is axially arranged in the crown unit. The crown unit comprises a collar of uniformly distributed springy leaves with projections that engage with the recess.
