The stand has a horizontal carrier (1), a support (2) towering from the carrier, and an angular piece (3) for fastening the support on the carrier. Another angular piece is provided for fastening a solar module (5) at the support. A third angular piece is provided for fastening the solar module at the carrier. Each angular piece has two outer legs and a middle leg. The middle leg is arranged between the two outer legs and encloses an acute angle with the former outer leg and a right angle with the later outer angle.
