A force measuring device (125) detects acting force (Fzyl) of the support with differential pressure controller (116) by variable pressure difference (Pdiff) between the pressure chamber and supporting liquid led to correction chamber (KK). The force measuring device, and differential pressure controller are operatively connected to regulating unit (124) to control the acting force sensed by the force measuring device.
