The heat dispensing product has a heat accumulator (1) which has an exothermic surface for heating a surface, particularly a substrate or a person and a device for temperature adjustment. The heat accumulator has heat-insulating covering layers (2,3) with a thermal conductivity for reduction of the heat transfer from the heat accumulator to the surface. The heat-insulating covering layers are placed on the exothermic surface of the heat accumulator. The heat accumulator is formed as heating pad.
