The arrangement (21) has a tapered transition section that is provided between an inlet cross-section and an outlet section (10). A nozzle drive belt (16) is arranged at the sections of the tapered transition section between a front roller (17) and a rear roller (18). The width of the nozzle drive belt is corresponded with the width of the outlet section. A center drive belt is arranged longitudinally between wheel drive units. An independent claim is included for a method for affecting flow profile above floor test section of wind tunnel.
