The gear assembly has an oil pan (5) that is arranged corresponding to openings (18) formed on housing (4). The oil pan connected to an oil sump (19) is provided with suction opening (10) which is formed for suction of the circulating oil. The oil pan is provided with oil guide unit whose portions are arranged corresponding to suction opening so that oil from oil pan enters into the oil space of the housing through the suction opening and then to the oil sump so as to be discharged.
