The method involves inserting a blank comprising layers into a molding tool, where the layers are connected with one another. The molding tool and a pre-cut part of the blank are heated to a determined temperature in the range between 140 and 200 degrees Celsius. The molding tool and the pre-cut part are maintained at the temperature and cooled over a determined time period. A manufactured mold part is removed from the molding tool at the end of the time period.
