The apparatus (1) comprises a sucking fan (3), a vaporizer (4) and heating devices (6,7) that are arranged downstream. The sucked air from sucking fan is passed through the vaporizer and heating device and is supplied to air distribution housing (8). Several air discharge openings (9a,9b,10a) are air-conditioned at two spaces. An air duct (2) is extended between sucking fan and air distribution housing. An air division device (11) is arranged in air-conditioned space on the discharge openings for distributing the air from the air duct in the air distribution housing.
