An external periphery surface of a sleeve-shaped plunger body (4) comprises a set of recesses for patterning the external periphery surface, where the recesses are designed as peripheral grooves and/or longitudinal grooves. A part of the recesses is stands in connection with an inner space (10) of the sleeve-shaped plunger body over a set of holes. The holes opens into the inner space based on height of the roller, where the holes are guided in a diagonal manner.
