The coupling device (10) has a pressure plate (12) with an axial shifting device, where a coupling cover (30) partially covers the pressure plate. An adjuster (14) is provided for adjusting a wear-related stroke-change of the pressure plate, where an adjusting ring (24) is adjusted by the adjuster and another axial shifting device, which interacts with the former axial shifting device of the pressure plate. A bearing ring (26) is arranged on the adjusting ring, and is designed rotatable torque proof relative to the cover and relative to the adjusting ring.
