The element (1) has a silicone pusher (5) driven by an actuator (7) and impressing motion by an operator during actuation of an operating surface (2). The pusher with a front side (12) actuates a force-transmitting bistable element (4), which is arranged at a side wall (9) of the operating element. A damping element (3) is arranged between the operating element and the bistable element. A stopper (6) is connected with the side wall of the operating element by a connection device (10). The stopper has a cylindrical form and consists of polymer. The actuator is driven by lifting magnets.
