The method involves coding the data by the encoders connected with a transmission apparatus using a low density parity check method. The data of the transmission apparatus is transferred to a receiver over a transmission device. The data is decoded by the decoders connected with the receiver. The decoding of the data is performed by the removal of equations of the parity check matrix. A tail biting accumulator is used for coding the data.
