The brake has a rotor (2) comprising a brake drum (2.2) and coaxial to a stator (3) that is enclosed by the brake drum. Two bearings are axially adjacent to a rotatable guide pipe (6) and a non-rotatable guide pipe (7) provided on the stator, where each guide pipe has multiple permanent magnets and flux conductive pieces that are alternately arranged to each other in an axial-vertical section. The rotatable guide pipe is in limited rotation in circumferential direction, and non-rotatable guide pipe is not rotatable in the circumferential direction.
