The rotor blade (10) has an aerodynamic element (4), which is mounted and arranged on a surface through a pivot joint. The aerodynamic element automatically swings at the surface of the rotor blade at a predetermined flow by the force of fluid. The pivot joint is formed by a resiliently flexible joint. The aerodynamic element is transversely positioned, particularly perpendicular to the prevailing direction of flow of the surface of the rotor blade. The movement of the aerodynamic element is restricted by a stop element which is mounted on the aerodynamic element.
