The shoe (1) has multiple partial portions (3) arranged at a bottom side of a running sole (2). A layer of rock grains (4) is fixed at the running sole and cover the partial portions, where an average grain size of the rock grains is 2.5 mm. The rock grains are chips and/or crushed sand. The partial portions are aligned transverse to a traveling direction and formed in circular, elliptic and/or polygonal shape. The rock grains are fixed at the bottom side of the running sole by a layer of adhesive (9), where the running sole is made of leather, rubber or plastic. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a skid-proof shoe.
