The device has inflated rubber ball (1) that is secured to radial arm (4) with axial composite pieces (2) screwed with shaft (3). The shafts (5,6) are driven by a synchronous motor. The resin is injected into rubber ball through nozzle (7) and the carbon fibers are bonded and wound on rubber ball. The inflated rubber piece is driven by planetary mechanism.
