The hydraulic-insular-power plant has a floating body (7) and a system, which together form a common system that is placed in a liquid medium having a constant volume. The common system is a common hydraulic power transmission system that is formed as an island station. The buoyant devices controllable by electromagnetic control are placed in a constant volume with constant material quantity of the liquid. The buoyant devices convert the buoyancy forces into permanent mechanical movements that are led to a power generator for conversion of generated forces into suitable energy forms.
