The boiler has a mechanical clock timer (MZS) for enabling immersion of a tea bag (TB) for a specific time and controlling movements of a tea bag and attached with a mechanical arrangement. A lever arm is connected with a rotary disk of the timer. The tea bag is moved up to a specific distance by a built-in mechanism after a sequence of time. A clip of the tea bag is fastened at a fastening device at the lever arm of the clock timer. The clock timer and a lifting device are connected at a support rod with a standing area (SF). The timer comprises attachment elements for fastening to a wall.
