The arrangement has a rotary screw compressor (1), an oil separator (2), a de-heater (8), a condenser (3), and a sub-cooler (7) which are arranged in order. An oil cooler (5) is provided for cooling the oil in rotary screw compressor. The sub-cooler and condenser are arranged in parallel to form common flow path for heat transfer fluid e.g. water. The heat transfer fluid which flows against the flow direction of working fluid is heated up by condenser and sub-cooler, after the fluid flows through flow path formed by de-heater and oil cooler.
