The gearbox has two gear reduction stages, a drive gear (7), a driven gear (12) and a two-piece housing with housing cover (3) and a housing body (4). Each reduction stage is arranged in a plane (E1,E2,E3,E4), which is defined by its distance (S1,S2,S3,S4) to the housing base (8). The drive gear is arranged in uppermost plane with largest distance, and the driven gear is arranged in the lowest plane with the smallest distance. The gear reduction stages are arranged in continuously decreasing planes from drive gear to driven gear. The housing cover and housing body are made of basic plastic.
