Welding device comprises a first main electrode (1), a second main electrode (2) or partial electrodes, a current source, ultrasonic welding source (5) and a third welding head (6), where a first welding process is carried out using the first main electrode and the second main electrode, and a second welding process is carried out using the third welding head. The second welding process is an ultrasonic welding method, where the electrodes are powered by the current source and ultrasonic welding head of an ultrasonic generator for resistance welding (resistance pressure- or fusion welding). Welding device comprises a first main electrode (1), a second main electrode (2) or partial electrodes, a current source, ultrasonic welding source (5) and a third welding head (6), where a first welding process is carried out using the first main electrode and the second main electrode, and a second welding process is carried out using the third welding head. The second welding process is an ultrasonic welding method, where the electrodes are powered by the current source and the ultrasonic welding head of an ultrasonic generator, for resistance welding (resistance pressure- or fusion welding). An adjusting device (4) is provided for uniaxial positioning of the ultrasound head, where the adjustment device is provided for the first electrode, and the adjustment device is provided for the second electrode. The welding head, electrode and welding point are not displaced, but are located on an axis.
