The vehicle has a battery charge state detection unit (11) detecting a charge state of a battery (10). A motor control unit (52) performs a zero-speed control of a motor (3) when an output shaft speed of the transmission detected by a transmission output shaft rotational speed detecting unit is less than a predetermined speed to control the speed of the motor to zero speed.
