The circuit has half-bridge circuits with switching transistor (MH,ML) connected in series between power supply voltage (VCC) and ground. The bridge center point is connected to one of outer terminals (O1A1,O1A2,O1B1,O2B2,O2A1,O2A2,O2B1,O2B2). A digital control unit (DS) is connected with outer switching terminals. Two half-bridge circuits are connected in parallel in such way that respective switching transistors are switched with control signals by driver circuit (DH,DL) so that the current are produced for outer terminal connected to motor coil terminal.
