The supportive structure has a power supply (4) which is provided for an electromotor (6), a lighting structure, a speedometer and a power electronics structure (5). A retainer is provided with an occupancy sensor system (3). The power supply is connected with the electromotor during occupancy of the retainer. The power supply is disconnected from the electromotor during non occupancy of the retainer.
