The method involves automatically generating sorting plans generated by a sorting plan generator for a sorting system (SAnl.1), where the plans utilizes target point information determined by the system. Objects i.e. parcels (P), to be transported to the system are transported at target points (Zp.2), where the target points belong to a responsibility area (Ber.2) of the system. The target points are determined by the sorting system. A sorting destination of the sorting system is selected by using the sorting plan. The objects are exported in the selected sorting destination. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement for transportation of multiple objects to target points.
