The component has an electric circuit plate delimiting surfaces. A housing (1) of an electrical device includes an elastic part (7), which delimits a position delimiting surface (5). The elastic part deflects such that the component is rotated around an edge (17) of another position delimiting surface (2) of the housing from an initial position to a mounting position. One of the surfaces is matched and includes a contact with the two delimiting surfaces in the mounting position. The other surface is matched and includes a contact with a third position delimiting surface (4) of the housing. An independent claim is also included for a method for mounting a connection component at a housing of an electrical device.
