The profile has two side faces arranged perpendicular to a lower face and extending on a same side of the lower face. An upper part is opposed to the lower face. The upper part carries a bending mold (12) on a longitudinal edge along an extrusion direction of the profile. The bending mold is directed opposite to the lower face. The upper part includes an L-shaped return part (13) arranged above the bending mold to form a clamping element for clamping an edge of a photovoltaic panel (5). The side faces include three rounded grooves (11A, 11B, 11C) that form a slide on the side faces.
