The device has a handle (20) comprising three teeth (31-33) that are connected to the handle, where centers (41-43) of intersections of the three teeth constitute vertices of a nonflat triangle or isosceles triangle with the handle. The teeth are covered with an anti-adherent product such as Teflon(RTM: PTFE), and spacing between the teeth is formed in a regular manner between 5 and 8 mm. The teeth have length between 14 and 20 cm.
