The frame has elongated-shaped upper and lower plates (8, 9) whose edges are cut by notches (10, 11). The notches allow perpendicularly embedding the plates between the notches for providing an assembly of interpenetrated flat profiles that mechanically collaborate with each other. The plates are grouped in layers in a same orientation with respect to direction of movement of a wagon. One of the layers of the lower plates receives a support zone to support the wagon. The other layer of the upper plates delimits a horizontal surface to receive an upper flagstone.
