The device has a belt (3) provided with a length adjusting device (4) and connected to a skateboard (1) at its ends by connecting links (5.1, 5.2, 6.1, 6.2). The belt is passed through a hole in the center of the skateboard for keeping the feet (2) of a practitioner on the skateboard by a pressure effect when the practitioner inserts his feet between the belt and the skateboard in a mode of use. The belt is not passed through the hole, and the belt is used as a shoulder strap for holding the skateboard against the practitioner's body in another mode of use.
