The device has a rear face (11) made of an impermeable material to electromagnetic waves to achieve a hermetic barrier with the electromagnetic waves between a user and an electronic board (6). An antenna part of a telephone is positioned in the electronic board, where remaining parts of an antenna are connected to telephone networks through a front face (3) of the telephone. The telephone allows listening and oral communication by the rear face. The rear face of the telephone is equipped with a high speaker (9) and a microphone (10). The impermeable material is composed of a superposition of layers of special fabric and/or anti-static film sheets, where composition of the fabric includes materials such as yarn or braid of copper, silver, nickel, nylon, cotton, polyester, bamboo filament, polyamide with silver wire.
