The device comprises magnetization stations (4) distributed around a reservoir, and a strap (3) ensuring its plating against the reservoir. Each magnetization station is formed by a casing (6) made of a plastic material, where the casing is present in the form of an open box with its opening facing the strap. The casing has a housing for receiving a magnet (7), and a coupling flange while the strap carries sockets. Each socket comprises a bearing plate slidably mounting on the strap, and a positioning and fixing pin projecting away from the strap and penetrating into the coupling flange. The device comprises magnetization stations (4) distributed around a reservoir, and a strap (3) ensuring its plating against the reservoir. Each magnetization station is formed by a casing (6) made of a plastic material, where the casing is present in the form of an open box with its opening facing the strap. The casing has a housing for receiving a magnet (7), and a coupling flange while the strap carries sockets. Each socket comprises a bearing plate slidably mounting on the strap, and a positioning and fixing pin projecting away from the strap, penetrating into the coupling flange of the casing and threadably receiving a fixing screw axially passing through the coupling flange, ensuring the fixing of the housing and plating of its vertical edges against the reservoir. The coupling flange is present at a center of the casing, and divides the casing into two housings for receiving the magnet. A bottom of each housing has ribs defining a flat support surface and receiving the magnet against a plate while its each longitudinal walls comprises two longitudinally spaced lateral studs (16) inwardly projecting into and forming a positioning member. The pin of each socket is cylindrical, and slidably penetrates in the cylindrical coupling flange of the casing. Edges of the upper and lower casing are a circular arc whose radius has a value that is equal to a radius of the reservoir. The magnets are arranged with same orientation of their north or south polarities, and are alternatively reversed from one casing to another casing to obtain lines of magnetic field from the casing.
