Composition comprises a mixture containing an organic binder for physical drying (evaporating of solvent) and oxidative, pearlescent pigments, colored pigments and organic solvents preferably aliphatic solvents. An independent claim is included for preparing a decorative composition comprising adding 13-20% of the organic binder and 9-14% of the aliphatic organic solvents into a vessel, adding an inorganic filler thickener and pearlescent pigments into the vessel to obtain a homogenous mixture, adding 17-25% of the organic binder, colored pigments and one or more ingredients including metal soaps, antiskinning agents, organic thickeners, and organic solvents to the mixture.
