The device has a cork comprising a central core (R) and an annular crown (S) to doubly and simultaneously grasp a neck of a bottle or a collar of flask by interior and exterior of the cork when the bottle is corked, where the cork is manufactured from terra cotta. A sealing agent is positioned on an exterior part of the neck and an interior part of the crown part of the cork to assure sealing between the cork and the neck. The sealing agent is positioned by effect of natural capillarity and relative movement between the cork and the neck to form a filling film.
