The method involves coupling preassembled sub-structures of parts of a cockpit together to form a single cockpit module (1) articulated along several rotation axes (Y, Z1, Z2) and a translation axis (X). The module is integrated in a pilot cabin in an operational configuration for installation by rotation (Fa, Fb, F2) and translation (F1) according to the rotation and translation axes, so that the parts are positioned and fixed according to dedicated installation positions, where electric and fluidic connections are realized between the sub-structures and the pilot cabin. An independent claim is also included for a cockpit module.
