The device has a removable handle (3) arranged in a housing (5) provided on a support (4). The support is fixed inside a vehicle. The handle is connected to a cable (7) extending to an opening mechanism of one of rear doors of the vehicle such that the cable is drawn from the handle for making the handle to be free from the housing of the support to open the rear door of the vehicle. The cable is covered with a sheath (8), which crosses in an interior of the vehicle in a concealed manner.
