The device (1) has a proximal wall (4) extending along a proximal edge (32) of a planar side wall (3) and equipped with proximal openings (41, 42). An arched distal wall (5) extends along a distal edge (31) of the side wall and includes distal openings (51, 52). One of the proximal openings and one of the distal openings form a pair of openings with respective centers aligned on an adjustment axis. Another proximal opening and another distal opening form another pair of openings with respective centers aligned on another adjustment axis intersected with the former axis at a reference point.
