The cell (70) has a gas-tight collection plate (29) assembled with a sample holder (72) in a watertight manner to cover an output opening (89). The holder is encased axially in a ring (71) to allow a flange (90) to be relative with an annular surface portion (93) of the ring by placing an annular cylindrical space (73). The space extends around a circumference from the flange in a defined sealed space between the holder and the ring. A peripheral supply opening (35b) successively crosses a distribution plate (31) and the ring to emerge into the annular space.
