The method involves producing mechanical energy by allowing the force of gravity to act on a fluid (5) moving in a planetary motion in a closed system fixed around a rim (6) of a turbine wheel (4). The kinetic energy of the motion of the fluid is converted into mechanical energy by translation of rotational mechanical energy available at the closed system and a rotation shaft of the wheel, where the wheel is rotated with gears, without requiring to slow down the rotation speed of the wheel to avoid entropy. An independent claim is also included for a device for producing mechanical energy from the electrical work of the force of gravity.
