The device has a rotor (3) and a comb (2) that are positioned above a conveyor (1). The rotor is allowed to carry products falling from the conveyor. A set of blades of the rotor is arranged with a set of cones for allowing rising of the products. A set of paperboards is able to be folded at the time of passage of the paperboards through the comb. The paperboards are allowed to fall between a set of bars (5) in an unfolding zone (6). The bars are advanced by pneumatic, electric or hydraulic jacks (4). The paperboards fall in another unfolding zone arranged downstream from a screen (7).
